Je trouve ça tout à ton honneur d'avoir compris que tu aurais du être éliminé depuis longtemps par la sélection naturelle et de faire ton possible pour rattraper le temps perdu. Ceci dit, il y a des techniques plus radicales.

Bin perso, j'avais eu un code promo sur LDLC en mai (un grooooos merci encore à 0x90 :jap: ) et donc j'avais eu un OCZ Vertex 64 Go (+ adaptateur pour disques 2.5", pensez-y aussi) pour pas cher. Aucun souci depuis.
Maintenant, les SSD Intel sont connu non seulement pour leurs perfs de dingues mais aussi pour leur prix violent... :/

Bah en fait le prix/Go est acceptable d'après l'article anandtech sur les sandforce (plus qu'un RealSSD mais moins qu'un Vertex LE) quand tu considères le prix par Go utilisable :o

Après reboot, sans preloader (le spash est au centre, la zone capturée non) :o Gimp prend plus de temps par contre, là je montre les 2 cas les plus impressionnants :D

Les 2 SSDs pour les softs, le HD pour les data. Si un SSD tombe en rade, je restaure une image et c'est tout :o

Le raid est sans intérêt pour un SSD, l'essentiel du gain provenant de l'énorme diminution du temps d'accès. En gros mettre des SSD en raid, c'est se créer des problèmes pour à peu près rien.
 
Tu serais pas du genre à aligner les petits pois dans ton assiette toi ?

Ça permet d'avoir une seule partition visible (de 160Go) quand ton FS est un peu attardé et RAID0 reste plus utile que JBOD, ça permet de doubler la bande passante (les SSDs Intel n'étant pas ce qui se fait de mieux en bande passante globale)
