Je fais appelle à ce forum car j'ai un problème avec mon netbook samsung cn210.
 
Voilà je suis actuellement en Australie et je viens d'acheter une clé 3G appellée Telstra (une compagnie de téléphone de là-bas) mais mon ordi refuse d'installer le logiciel!
J'ai donc fais une recherche sur les site de la clé et ils me disent:  
 
Installing MF626i with Foreign Language Windows
 
“An error occurred while applying security settings. Domain Users is not a valid user or group. This could be a problem with the package, or a problem connecting to a domain controller on the network. Check your network connection and click Retry, or Cancel to end the install.”
 
The installer expects a 'Users' group to be already created but foreign language installations of Windows do not do this.
The 'Users' group needs to be manually created for the installation to complete successfully.
 
Do the following before installing - Can also be done after a failed installation
 
Windows 7
 
- Open Control Panel in the Start menu
- Click on System and Security
- Click on Administrative Tools
- Double-Click Computer Management in the right-hand pane
- Expand System Tools in the left-hand pane (click on the triangle arrow so it points down)
- Select Local Users and Groups
- Right-Click Groups in the right-hand pane
- Select New Group
- Enter "Users" in the Group Name field
- Click Create button
 
Note:
This can also be done from a command line - Run CMD
Command is: net localgroup Users /add
 
Je ne suis pas du tout experte en informatique, mais je vous assure que "utilisateurs et groupes" n'existent pas dans mes fichiers! je les ai effectivement trouvé dans "aide" qui se trouve dans mon ordi, mais ça n'y est pas du tout!! ça me rend folle!!
J'ai tout essayé et rien ne marche alors si quelqu'un a la solution, je l'attend impatiemment !!
