Le plus simple est de configurer ca dans les ressources de X
(~/.bashrc ne sert a rien sous X :D)
Edites le fichier ~/.Xdefaults (cree-le si tu n'en as pas), et ajoutes:
XTerm*termName: xterm-color
puis lances:
xrdb ~/.Xdefaults
ca devrait etre bon :D
