Yop les linuxiens,
Voila j'essaye d'installé en ce moment une debian sur un serveur rack sun cobalt ( pas d'ecran ni de clavier, ni de lecteur dvd )  
J'ai donc installé ubuntu sur mon pc principal, crée un dique NFS, fait un debootstrap dessus et démarrer mon cobalt via le reseau
jusque la pas de probleme le cobalt boot bien sur le NFS j'ai le prompt.
 
Ensuite j'ai partitionné/formaté le disk dur du cobalt monté les disk et deboostraper une nouvelle foix.
Je rentre ensuite en chroot dans mon nouveau system, le parametre et au moment de redemarré j'ai le droit a un jolis kernel panic.
J'utilise un kernel déja compilé pour cette machine en .deb si quelqu'un pouvait me filé un petit coup de main sur ce probleme

ton erreur vient du filesysteme apparement tu es sur de l'avoir formaté aprés le partitionnement ? :lol: plus serieusement as tu bien fait ton fstab ? as tu bien formaté en XFS et pas autre chose ?
 
parceque tu utilises la bonne methode donc je penche plustot pour une petite bourde d'innattention de ce style au vu des messages d'erreurs

bonne question !
normalement je doit formaté en ext2
et avoir / et /boot sur hda1 pour que le cobalt boot dessus
je n'ai jamais utilisé fdisk en ligne de commande ni les outils de formatage ( escuses....windows et install linux en graphique...)

c'est un 80 Go maintenant je sais que ce rack à une fonction raid mais je ne serait dire si le raid est Hardware ou software.
s'il est hardware normalement il est deja activé dans le kernel vus qu'en theorie ce kernel est fait pour cette bestiole.
en pratique c'est possible qu'il faut que je le parametre meme si je n'ai que 1 seul disk.
 
c'est forcement une connerie que j'oublie vus que la methode du deboostrap je l'ai faite pour le lecteur NFS mise a part l'install du kernel et des ln -sf a faire je ne vois pas trop ou je pourrais me planté, mise a part sur les partitions, le formatages et le fstab

j'ai toujours ce mesage d'erreur
 
c'est possible que ce soit une histoire de raid, le miens na qu'un seul disk dur de 80go

Bon ça avance,
le cabalt à bien l'ai de vouloir booter sur le disk maintenant
 
j'ai de nouveau un kernel panic mais differant, j'ai utilisé le kernel précompilé de http://hugues.lepesant.com/
 
à voir s'il vaut mieux pas que j'installe le tient, je continus mes recherches

le bout du tunel arrive ;) enfin normalement ^^
plein de petite erreurs je pense mais plus de kernel panic
le cobalt a l'air de booter plusieur foix le kernel ( en dehors du "bios" )

C'est marqué default dans le fstab ca existe pas :D

sic pour ma defence le correcteur de n'ortograffe n'avais rien vus !
 
j'ai bien le prompt ! ça y est presque une derniere chose est ce que tu a reussis à récupéré l'affichage LCD ?
est ce que l'on peut régulé la ventilation aussi ?

regulé la ventil je pense pas. J'ai eclaté mon cobalt avec des 92mm perso.
 
L'afficheur LCD oui on peut, j'avais commencer a bosser sur le paquet debian du truc, mais pff pas eu le temps (melisaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa :D)
 
J'essyerais de te trouver mes debs, ils sont pas finit mais ca marche

héhé cool merci
bon bas mon server apache, php, mysql, phpmyadmin fonctionne !
 
me reste encore ssh ça ma pas l'air de marché, crée un serveur ftp pour les upploads de fichiers, et puis avoir une interface d'aministration globale ;)
 
encore pas mal de boulot en perspective !
 
en tout cas je te remerci de ton aide et de ta patience ;)
