J'ai un problème tordu, d'où me besoin d'aide du forum
 
Mon matériel :
 
- 2xCarte graphique Radeon Sapphire 7870 OC édition ( http://www.sapphiretech.com/presen [...] id=1&leg=0 )
- Ecran Samsung SyncMaster S23A750D en Display PORT ( http://www.samsung.com/fr/consumer [...] 3A750DS/EN )
- Ecran LG en DVI
- Carte mère MSI X79A-GD65 (8D) ( http://www.msi.com/product/mb/X79A [...] =Win7%2064
 
Voilà, depuis que j'ai changé d'écran et de carte graphique, je n'ai plus de mise en veille écran, c'est a dire :
 
- Sous Windows ( seven x64 ) : au bout de X minutes l'ecran LG en DVI se met correctement en veille mais le Samsung en display port lui affiche juste un ecran noir ( je peu voir encore le curseur )
- Quand j'éteind ou met en veille le PC, mon écran samsung s'arrete puis n'arrête pas de faire des cycle de démarrage arrêt toutes les 5 secondes, alors que mon autres écran en DVI ce met bien en veille
 
 
Drivers, Firmware tout a jour et installé, reset defaut de l'ecran testé.
Même problème depuis changement de carte mère.
Que je sois en mono carte ou crossfire, même symptome.
 
Sinon tout le reste fonctionne nickel ( mode 3D, 120 Hz, double écran etc... ) juste cette foutu mise en veille /extinction
 
Je soupconne l'adaptateur Display Port <-> Mini Display Port d'être le coupable ( cf photo ci dessous, le truc noir en tout en haut a gauche )
 
EDIT : je suis maintenant sans adapteur, ma nouvelle Radeon ayant un port full display port.
 
Suis je dans le vrai ? Une solution ? Une bidouille dans le bios de la CM ?

Ca fait 2 mois que je cherche, et suffit que je pose la question sur le forum pour "a priori" trouver...
 
this article from NEC displays. It states the problem is due to some cable manufactures not adhering to DisplayPort wiring specifics.
 
 
 
Certain Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort cables available in the market do not adhere to the
DisplayPort design wiring specification. This incorrect design causes power-related issues with
the display and/or host computer.
The DisplayPort specification states that a display (known as a "sink" device) must output power
on its DisplayPort input connector. The specification also states that a graphics adapter (known
as a "source" device) must also output power on its DisplayPort output connector. The idea for
providing power on both the "source" and "sink" devices is that certain other devices connected
between the two can receive power. Such devices may be, for example, a repeater or a converter
of some sort.
When a cable is used to connect a display directly to a graphics adapter, the DisplayPort
specification states that the cable must not connect the power line, and the power outputs of the
two devices should not be connected together via the cable.
The cables that were manufactured incorrectly connect the power line through the cable and
allow the power outputs of the display and graphics adapter to be connected together - a
condition that is forbidden in the DisplayPort specification.
Because the two power sources are connected together when using one of these cables,
situations can arise in which one device is actually supplying power to the other. For example, if
the host computer is powered off but the display is on (or even in standby mode, the display will
inadvertently supply power to the host computer, which may cause problems such as not being
able to power on, enter sleep modes or resume correctly. Similarly, if the host computer is
powered on but the display is off, the computer will be supplying power to the display, which may
cause problems with the display powering on.

Pensez vous que cela pourrais etre du au bios de la CG ( j'avoue je n'avais pas du tout pensé a ca )

EDIT : arf, Radeon Bios Editor n'est pas compatible avec les 7870, donc comment faire pour verifier les infos avant de faire des conneries ?

bon alors j'ai vérifié mes bios de CG
 
Mon ancienne est en version 017 et ma nouvelle en 018, donc ces deux bios me font la même chose et je ne vois pas plus recent sur techpowerup
 
je commence etre a court d'idée... peut etre est-ce tout simplement l'ecran qui deconne.
