Le site de Samsung permet de poser une question en ligne, d'y laisser son adresse e-mail, et d'obtenir ... logiquement ... uen réponse par mail.
 
Petite tentative ce matin ... quelques minutes plus tard, retour dans ma mailbox, over quota.

Remarque, si on regarde bien, ça semble ne concerner que le webmaster ... reste à savoir si le service client a reçu quelque chose ... mais bon, si ça commence comme ça ... ça fait un peu désordre quand même   ...
