Ouais enfin en l'occurrence c'est plus l'interpréation geek-esque que j'employais : un lurker c'est quelqu'un(e) qui lit un newsgroup, une mailing-list, un forum, mais sans jamais y participer.

Recently on rec.games.board it was asked what the difference between nerds and geeks as related to Ricochet Robot and Roborally.  Writing completely from out of my ass I put to print my own vague notion on the subject:
 
While I use the terms interchangeably myself there is a technical difference between the two:
 
Nerds tend towards some kind of scientific, rational, ordered pursuit of thought such as math, physics or engineering. Rather than jumping into mainstream culture they will spend their time solving technical or logical problems, and sometimes this is out of sheer enjoyment. They tend to be lost in their own thought in a rational way such as in terms of problem solving. Just think of the pocket protector, sliding ruler, and calculator type person.
 
Geeks tend towards the misfit bunch. They may be intelligent but towards liberal studies areas and thus their angle is more towards drama, imagination, etc. Their interests take them away from
mainstream culture towards some outlook on reality that requires an imaginative component. They can get lost in their own thought also but this tends to be day dreams, fantasies or whatever gives them some kind of psychological boost before going back into the world of the 'mundane'. Goths, RPG nuts, SCA players, comic book collectors, etc. fit into this group.
 
Now these two types are not always distinct from one another. You can have quite a mixture between the two but you can usually spot the trend in one direction over another. The math major at college who is totally lost in their own studies and who only emerges from their quite hole long enough for a game of chess or to listen to some
classical music is hard core nerd. They don't care about Star Wars or Star Trek or any of the other elements of pop culture, they are just caught up in their own intellectual pursuit. They are so nerdy they don't even know it.
 
Take another step and you get the mixed type of strong Nerd, week Geek. These are still your math, science and engineering majors and so they have that whole technical angle that floats above mainstream cultures heads but the whole thing is laced with Star Wars, Star Trek, Dr. Who, and Monty Python's Holy Grail references. Not only do they enjoy tearing apart the scientific and technical flubs that nerd pop culture gorges upon, but they also secretly want to be Spock, Darth Vader or whoever.
 
Now if we start moving into the world of Geeks with strong Geek, weak Nerd then we enter into the liberal arts majors such as English, Philosophy, Sociology (technically not but close enough), Political Science, etc. Kind of a reversal of the last step. They may
acknowledge that you are not supposed to be able to hear anything blow up in space but what will really drive them will be the dramatic, character driven elements of pop culture. Luke's relationship to his father, the death of Spock, the heaps of comics all stored in the bedroom; all of these things provide the imaginative component to transport them out of the mundane world. Still the nerd component kicks in and their intellectual pursuits are driven by a critical analysis of cultural norms. The subversive types come out in this group much more and so you get a lot of ironic, sarcastic attitude coming out of this lot.

Ben c'est ce que j'essaie de faire, mais je sais pas encore bien comment disposer mes textes et tout ça. Avec des iframes et des popups sans doute.

Fais plutôt des <DIV> avec des scrollbars. Y'a un topic là-dessus dans Programmation, tu devrais y jeter un coup d'oeil.

 
Ben je suis pas fixé en fait, c'est frenzy qui m'a dit qu'on pouvait faire des petites frames avec des iframes, mais si 'y a une autre méthode qu'est mieux, pourquoi pas.
