sdram pc66 en 16 et 32mo , j'en ai plusieurs, 15in les 2*16 ou 1*32.  
Détail:  
2 * 32 pc66 origine compaq , puces TI  TMS -10  
1 * 32 pc66 origine compaq , puces LG Semicon -10  
2 * 16 pc66 origine compaq , puces TI  TMS -10  
1 * 16 pc66 origine compaq , puces TI  TMS -12  
1 * 16 pc66 origine compaq , puces Siemens -10  
2 * 16 pc66 origine compaq, barrettes Hyundai , puces Hyundai -10  
Les 16 sont simples face, les 32 doubles face!  
 
Le -10 c le timing des chips ;)
 
Mais oui je px te les faire @10 piece, mais port out :)
Voire 20in les 2 x32  [:den75]

Je serais intéressé par la RAM EDO mais peux-tu me dire quelle est la différence entre :
Ram EDO 72contact 8mo , 10in les 4. Ram EDO 72contact 16mo , 12in les 4
et  Ram EDO 32bits 72contacts Samsung 32mo , 25in les 2.

mais après t'as les 32bits classique fpm (fast page mode) et 32bits EDO :)

ben pas toutes, c spécifié EDO ou FPM ;)
 
Ram EDO 72contact 8mo , 10in les 4.  
Ram EDO 72contact 16mo , 12in les 4  
Ram FPM 32bits 72contacts 8mo , 10in les 4.  
RAM 9bits pour 486/386 etc 4*1mo 5in  
Ram EDO ECC 2 * 16 mo IBM , provient d'une HP. 70ns 5v 4mb*36  
Ram FPM 32bits 72contacts IBM 16mo , 8in les 2  
Ram EDO 32bits 72contacts Samsung 32mo , 25in les 2  
Ram 32bits 72contacts , NEC 64mo , 40in les 2. Je ne sait pas si c de l'edo ou non , et je n'ai plus de matos pour les tester...

On est bien d'accord puisqu'il s'agit de :
