Amsterdam, Tokyo, 07 March, 2002 - Marantz Japan Inc., its largest shareholder (49%), Royal Philips Electronics (AEX: PHI, NYSE:PHG), and DENON, Ltd., its largest shareholder (98%), Ripplewood Holdings L.L.C. today announced the establishment of D&M Holdings, Inc. a joint holding company to merge the operations of Marantz and DENON. The transaction is expected to close by May 2002 and will create a global leader in the premium home theatre and audio-video (AV) market, while maintaining the established Marantz and DENON brands. D&M Holdings will employ approximately 1,650 people around the world and will succeed Marantz as a publicly traded concern on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE II: 6799).

moi j'ai commence avec le 3800 ..donc c'etait logique que j'achete des ampi de puissance par la suite....

mais si j'avais commence avec l avc a11sr ...j'aurai pas achete d'ampli de puissance.................en tout cas pas au debut.......................mais c'est vraiment mieux d'avoir des ampli separe....meilleur que de l'integre.........c'est clair y a pas photo...tout les pro de hifi...utilise un pre ampli et des ampli de puissance......car en hifi/hc plus c'est separe mieux c'est comme je l'ai deja dit souvent :jap:

c domage que denon ne face plus de preamp car a l'epoque du AVc-A1D y'avait sont jumeau en preamp mais il courait po les rues. Il me semble que c t le AVP-A1 ou kkc dans le genre!
