[Toine]	I confirm that the analog cable is in secam mode in France, in order to be compliant with the old Televisions that support only the SECAM mode. Actually, TV's are not sold without PAL standard anymore.

Sinon reparle en anglais ce sera plus comprehensible...

If you've got a wintv you must have a model bought in france with a secam tuner in order to receive hertzian tv broadcasting in secam...

The tuner must be a philips secam...

If you doesn't have such a tuner on your wintv you will only be able to watch tv in black & white

In wintv32 select antenna and Secam L

If this is a cable tv brodcasting you will have to select in wintv32 cable secam L...
Pal is pal bghidk in western europe...(in france secam L)

mercie bien pour ton repondre. Je cherche un software, que enable moi to receive le francais tv programmes dans ma ordinateur. comment WINTV2000 ou MoreTV ou TV32. J'ai cette programmes, mais je cherche quelque chose special for french tv. mercie.

I am a student at the university of Montpellier. I have a hauppauge PCI TV-card in my computer. I live in an appartement with cable TV. But I don't know which settings I have to choose in order to receive the programmes. Is it SECAM?
