n'empeche qu'un jour, j'ai voulu essayer de tracer une Mandelbrot en Python, ça serait encore en train de calculer si j'avais pas arrété [:ddr555]

(de toute façon, le seul raid vraiment intéressant c'est le raid 5 :o)

2 serveurs G5 tout neufs, utilisés pour déployer des applis webobjects.
Sur le premier, le serveur web.
Sur le 2nd, les instances des applis.
 
Le pb : tout fonctionne bien jusqu'à ce qu'on ait envie de rebooter...Après reboot le serveur web est ok, mais incapable de relancer les instances. Il faut killer toutes les instances et toutes les reconfigurer pour que ça reparte.

Sur une baie SAN d'un To en FB, tant qu'à faire...:o

aucune idée, surement...mais rien à branler, c'est le machin proprio d'apple (le monitor webobjexts) qui est censé tout gérer (si j'ai bien suivi, je suis pas super au point sur ce machin - et c'est pas mon taf, d'ailleurs...;)).

ça n'as d'intéret que si tu ne peux pas arreter ton serveur, dans la plupart des cas un raid 5 est largement suffisant (si on ne traine pas trop pour remplacer un DD qui aurait cramé comme PPC)

humm je note la proposition, mais le pb semble être au niveau de la communication entre les 2 machines : WO tourne, puisqu'on a le monitor, mais impossible de lancer les instances via ce monitor, il patine dans la choucroute...

Il a une capacité totale de 7 Terabyte si on fait rentrer les données un peu de travers, en latéral gauche tu vois
 
Et les années bissextiles il monte a 7.63 TB

j'ai pas encore mis ma config :o
je l'y mettrai quand le PC sera opérationnel :o
 
(d'ailleurs je pense qu'une faute s'y est glissée :whistle:)
