Decalage sous IE!

Bonjour  :hello: , voici mon premier siteweb, et mes premiers problemes !!  :ange:

Sous Firefox tous est nickel mais sous IE j'ai un décalage au niveau de la baniere.
C'est une baniere faite sous flash 8 avec un texte "machine a ecrire"
Puis endessous la fin de la baniere (placé dans un cadre) ou mes liens de pages(eux aussi sont dans un cadre) sont situé !
 
A noté que j' utilise Dreamweaver 8, voici  mon fichier index etc:
