zoidberg Met le resultat du fichier de log, on pourra t'aider avec.
il est sous /var/log/Xorg.0.log je crois.

bon, ca ne fonctionne toujours pas lorsque je selectionne le driver mga.
 
s'il me le propose dans la liste c'est qu'il est déjà dispo j'imagine non ?
zoidberg postes le resultat de /var/log/X_je_sais_plus_quoi_.log il devrait y avoir des infos interessantes sur ce qu'il se passe.
au fait, le module mga pour xorg est installe/compille? sinon tu dois pouvoir le faire avec module-assistant.

ccp6128 Driver mga pour les cartes matrox
simogeo j'ai une matrox 400 ou 450 apparemment
je ne sais pas quel chipset choisir dans la liste après le : dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86....
 
c'est quoi qu'il y a la dessus?
ccp6128 le driver vesa est limite au 1024x768 maxi.
Si tu veux monter au dela, mets le driver correspondant a ta carte graphique.

je veux booster ma resolution d'ecran... actuellement en 800*600 -sur un 19pouces .... mais le menu deroulant ne me propose pas davantage. seulement 640*400.
Comment dois-je faire?
Mettre le driver d'ecran a jour? si oui comment?
 
desole de vous emmerder pour si peu, mai sje galere ...
