Atropos nan avec le Xinerama c comme si c'était un seul affichage : le bureau s'étend sur les 2 écrans
Riot mm si ça marche, je trouve louche que dans tes 2 devices tu ai mis screen 0
(cf l'appendice R du readme nvidia...)(/usr/share/doc/NVIDIA-glx.../README)

Mjules bon, si ton kernel est bien un 2.4.22-26mdk ; alors le module nvidia est bien installé. Mais il ne se charge pas automatiquement
 
donc essayes un modprobe nvidia (si ça marche, il retourne à la ligne sans messages) puis de relancer ton serveur
 
peux tu nous poster ton /etc/modules.conf STP ?
 
j'ai l'impression que le pb se situe au chargement du driver

4/ J'ai essayé les derniers (5336) et les 4496
5/ Déjà essayé : au démarrage de "dm" les écrans clignotent comme s'ils changeaient de résolution et ça ne change jamais
 
Au fait la Geforce est en PCI : il y a peut etre une option à mettre ? Ya rien à ce sujet dans le readme Nvidia
Mjules 1/ en revenant aux pilotes nv ; ça marche ?
 
2/ ton kernel et tes sources sont bien dans la même version ?
 
3/ essayes updatedb puis locate nvidia.o pour trouver où ce driver s'est mis
 
4/ utilises la dernière version des pilotes nvidia
 
5/ commentes la partie sur la carte en trop en mettant des # eau début de chaque ligne
Atropos marche pô mieux :(
Atropos si il trouve la troisième mais je l'ai enlevé car elle n'est pas connectée à un écran (elle ne marche pas en fait : flashage loupé :( )
En effet on dirait que les pilotes ne sont pas installés pourtant le log de l'installation ne contient aucune erreur et tout s'est bien déroulé.
D'ailleurs comme signalé sur le site où était le tuto, les polices ont grossi après l'install, preuve que les pilotes ont été installés.
 
Pour le "autre chose", je vais tester
Mjules ta 3 cartes graphiques déclaré dans ton XF86Config-4 mais il ne trouve pas la 3°
 
dans ton log, on voit clairement que les drivers nvidia ne se chargent pas parce qu'ils n'existent pas > mal compilé,

Dark_Schneider tu as bien réinstallé les pilotes ? tu ne dois avoir qu'un seul écran branché à) la carte
 
montre le contenu de ton fichier /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 et /var/log/XFree86.0.log

Mais sur le 2ème écran les polices sont plus grosses et les icones décalées  :heink:

Si une âme généreuse veut mettre mes logs en ftp et faire un lien... (mais quels logs ? yen a plein  :ouch: )
 
Sivouplai quelqu'un a une solution ? c'est vraiment la dernière chose que me retient encore à Windows  :fou:
Atropos je l'ai fait tout s'est bien déroulé mais uname -r me met toujours le nom de l'ancien kernel.
C grave docteur ?

Dark_Schneider non il faut prendre le noyau ki correspond au kernel-source ...

tu auras une liste des noyau dispo, et tu fais ensuite

Atropos gagné moi ça fini par .40 et les kernel source par .66 je crois (de mémoire je suis pas sur ma machine)
donc faut recompiler le noyau comme indiqué sur l'adresse que tu a mise plus haut.
C'est long et risqué nan ?
Dark_Schneider je parie ke tes kernel source ne sont pas de la même version ke ton noyau ....

VOilà pour xf86config-4 (enfin la partie intéressante)
Mais pour les logs je met tout ? paske c'est conséquent kan même...

Riot tu pourrais faire voir tes logs stp?
et ton fichier XF86Config-4 par la mm occaz
Atropos J'ai installé les derniers pilotes nvidia, tout s'est bien déroulé, le fichier XF86Config-4 a été modifié, mais au démarrage de l'interface graphique l'écran reste noir
Config :
Geforce2MX400 PCI (1er écran)
Matrox millenium (2ème écran)
Linux Mandrake 9.2
 
Et rien dans les manuels ou les readme n'a pu résoudre le problème
A noter que sous windows après l'installation des pilotes de ma carte le système a mis pas mal de temps à démarrer mais là ça ne démarre pas du tout  :(
