hello les gens,  
bon déjà mon pb de lancement de Xorg / gdm fonctionne désormais suite à install debian kernel 2-6-18 (cf http://forum.hardware.fr/hfr/OSAlt [...] 026_1.htm)  
 
par contre vnc ne fonctionne plus avec Etch :
 
cat /home/<user>/.vnc/<hostname>:5.log

Quand je me connecte via un vnclient ou le web l'affichage reste bloqué avec un écran gris ou juste un écran d'acceuil debian bleu .
 
je n'ai rien touché à mon /usr/vnc.conf

bon ça y est c'est résolu .
 
fallait mettre ça dans /etc/vnc.conf
 
$pixelformat = "rgb565";
 
et hop là !
