Voila, G installer Exim comme MTA. G tout parametrer et si je fais un netstat -tl, je vois bien le port SMTP d'ouvert.
Apres, G installer Fetchmail. Configurer sans probleme, qd je le lances (fetchmail -vk pour voir les logs), voila ce que ca me donne :
