Problem

Solution
This is a problem with the new drivers. Reverting back to the old drivers
will solve this problem. You can download and install the older 1.05 drivers
from www.savagenews.com.
 
Alternatively www.omegacorner.com have produced some tweaked drivers which
are designed to work with the game. Go to the 3dfx section and download the
1.02 'Special' drivers. These drivers are also available from
www.thegamestree.co.uk.
 
Please quote your ref. number in all further correspondence. IF YOU NEED TO

J'ai chargé les drivers omega sur un des liens (y en a un qui marche)et ca roule :)  




Ca marche nickel avec les omega special, merci bcp!!
J'ai une p'tite baisse de perfs, comme avec les omega "regular", mais rien de grave (quake III passe de 42 a 37 FPS).
 
De toute façon je suis plus a qqes FPS près, et dans 1 mois 1/2 je change donc ça va :)

marsupilami Bon, j'ai réinstallé le jeu, ça passe...mais ça freeze au bout de qq sec comme toi.
 
J'ai essayé tt ce que j'avais en stock (omega, X3dfx, Xgamer, les derniers WHQL 3dfx, en passant les Xgamer sont les + performants chez moi), rien n'y fait.
 
C'est bien le 1er jeu a ma connaissance qui ne passe pas sur une voodoo 3...
 
J'ai plus qu'a attendre ma future carte, une GF3 Ti200 si tt va bien, dans 1 mois 1/2.
Au moins je profiterai a fond de ce jeu :)
yoirgl essaye des drivers plus anciens ou des modifiés genre x3dfx ou wickedgl, moi j'ai pas eu le courage de tout essayer paske j'ai pas envie de réinstaller 10 fois des drivers

marsupilami Je précise que ça ne me le fait qu'avec ce jeu, que je n'ai pas de problèmes de température ou conflit quelconque, et que tout le reste marche nickel.

Donc pas de Colin McRae avec les voodoo?
Pourtant elles sont supportées normalement (cf. aide).
Personne n'a de solution?
 
Sinon j'ai plus qu'a attendre ma prochaine CG...

marsupilami Salut, je suis depuis peu en possession de CMR2, et mon problème est que dès que je veux démarrer une course, le jeu retourne automatiquement sous windows.
 
Je suis sur win98SE, pour le reste voir ma config.
 
C'est le seul jeu qui fait ça.
 
Y a une solution?
