Bonjour à tous,

Je poste ce message dans l'espoir que l'on puisse m'aider. :ange:
Je n'ai aucun jeux vidéos qui fonctionne depuis quelques jours. Je m'explique :

Il y a quelques mois, j'ai ma carte graphique Geforce GTX 970M qui m'a lâché. J'ai alors commandé une GTX 1050 Ti et l'ai installé. Enfin, un informaticien l'a fais pour moi. C'est une installation sur PC Portable donc c'est pas aussi facile que ça. Alors du coup, depuis cette installation, j'ai réinstaller Windows 7 pour repartir de zéro. J'ai eu quelques problème de conflit avec mon ancienne carte qui est toujours dans le PC (Je n'essaye pas de l'enlever car j'ai pas envie de détruire mon ordinateur), mais je pense l'avoir réglé en la désactivant et en mettant à jour ma nouvelle carte graphique avec le driver 416.94. J'ai ensuite mis à jour Windows (entièrement, je pense, avec des packs) ainsi que tous les drivers et logiciels.

Cela étant dis, passons au problème. J'ai installer trois jeux, FIFA 18 sur Origin, Batman telltale series sur Steam, et The CREW sur Uplay. Aucun de ces trois jeux ne fonctionne (le jeux semble vouloir démarrer mais s'arrête quelques seconde après, sans avoir eu le temps d'avoir quoique ce soit comme un écran de jeux) et je n'ai aucun message m'informant de l'erreur, SAUF sur Steam ou j'ai une erreur de Directx, que je n'arrive pas à corriger : " 0x887A0004 ". Je sais qu'il y a déjà plein de topic la-dessus mais rien ne m'aide. J'ai installé un autre jeux de Steam pour voir, mais la j'ai eu " jeu lancé " ... puis plus rien.

Voila je ne sais pas quoi ajouter d'autres à part que j'ai essayé différents trucs sans y arriver. Je ne peux pas les énumérer car il y en a trop.

Proposer moi vos solutions s’il-vous-plaît. On verra.

En fait je ne vous ai pas dit mais j'ai l'impression que ma nouvelle carte graphique, quand bien même belle et bien installée, n'est pas prise en compte. Sur Geforce Experience, on me dit qu'aucun pilote n'a été trouvé et sur DXDIAG je n'ai aucune information, comme si je n'avais pas de carte graphique.

Quand tu fais un touche windows + R, tu tapes dxdiag, onglet affichage, tu as quoi de marqué ?

si j'ai bien compris ta 970M est toujours dans la machine, je suppose sur un port pcie interne et que tu veux ou peux pas atteindre.
Mais la 1050ti elle est installée où / comment ?

Alors avant je n'avais aucun périphérique d'afficher, mais maintenant, après avoir supprimer complètement le pilote de la 970M, j'ai "Carte graphique VGA standard". Je crois que c'est celui-ci justement mais j'empêche windows de réinstaller le pilote sinon celui de la 1050Ti saute.

Sinon oui exactement, la 970M est toujours intégré. J'ai pas envie d'essayer de la retirer ^^.

Et en fais ma 1050Ti est une carte graphique externe (un eGPU on appelle ca) et j'ai aussi une alim externe pour la faire tourner

Bonjour,

Je précise que ma carte externe est sûrement branchée à la place de ma carte Wifi, car l'informaticien m'a fourni une clé Wifi pour avoir internet.
La carte interne est toujours à son emplacement.
