Bon , je viens de switcher une megadrive 2 en 60 hz , et comme ça marche impec , je vous en fait profiter ; d'abord l'adresse explicative :

et ensuite un petit texte tiré d'un newsgroup en complément:
"When doing the mod, the very first thing I do is cut the JP2 and JP3
traces, then test the board as-is. It should start up in 60Hz mode.
Once you've got that bit right, solder a wire to the LEFT pad of
either JP3 or JP4 (this is assuming you have the board the right way
up, with the controller sockets facing you). Connect the other end of
this wire to the middle pin of your switch.
Then, wire an outer pin of the switch to a suitable 5 volt point (e.g.
right pad of JP4), and the other outer pin of the switch to a suitable
ground point (e.g. right pad of JP3). Drill a hole to mount the switch
(the blank plate at the back where the EXT port would normally go is
my favourite spot on the second model 1) and there's your 50-60Hz mod!
If you want a language switch as well as 50-60Hz, repeat the above
procedure with a second switch, but substitute JP1/JP2 for JP3/JP4.
That's all, but you *must* cut those traces like I said."
