Voici un complément de réponse :
 
BOOST START:  During the countdown press and HOLD the gas, press then release the brake so that the tires begin
to smoke.  With 1/2 second to go, release the gas and then press the gas again just before zero.  You will start
off with a major boost in speed.  This will not deplete the boost meter allowing for a subsequent boost.
