J'ai une Asustek a7v266 avec le dernier bios de chez Asus, avec une carte Son Creative SB PCI128.
Tous les sons Windows et MP3 merdent je n'entend que des grisillements, j'ai mit un SB Live 5.1 pareille, j'ai vérifier les HP nickels. Estce que quelqu'un pourait me renseigner a ce niveau la avant que je gueule chez ASUS. Merci

This error is seen when using ANY chipset and Windows XP operating system. The errors relate to a system crash caused by a fatal error in a file. Normally related to a video card drivers such as ati2dvag.dll or nv4_dsp.dll although other files have been reported as well. It says the file is running in a an infinate loop (BSOD) and that you need to reboot. Due to the numbers of people complaining of this error its been proven NOT vendor specific to a chipset or Video card maker such as Nvidia or ATI.(see bottom of page for sources)
What Causes it?
It appears that this is all due to a BIOS setting which basically has to do with the way that the CPU and RAM communicate with XP and DirectX 8.1. Basically, PC components compete for system resources and the Video drivers give too much ram to the video card which is the root cause of this problem. Specific drivers have agrivated the problem for some (Such as NVidia's 23.11 Dets)

Intel se décide a modier ses driver agp,Ide,usb,PCI a une semaine d'interval
1ere sem: agp 1.1
2eme sem: ide 1.1
3eme sem: usb 1.1
4eme sem: pci 1.1

via fait la meme affaire maintenant
1ere sem: agp 1.1 ... 4in1-1.1
2eme sem: ide 1.1 ... 4in1-1.2
3eme sem: usb 1.1 ... 4in1-1.3
4eme sem: pci 1.1 ... 4in1-1.4
sa c juste pour 1 support
si ya un bleme avec l'agp 1.1 et chips via pour intel..via sort lagp 1.2 ki change seulement si t sur un support intel mais sa donne les 4in1-1.5 pareil
vu ke les 3 suport on les meme 4in1
en résumer les nombreuse patch ki sorte touche un minorité du monde ki les download voila tout

Intel il te sorte pas des patchs tout le tps ni AMD
Si on faisait le calcul il y aurait nettement moins de patch pour un produit intel que pur un produit VIA.. (je te l aisse faire le calcul :D) (lol avait tout les patchs VIA t en a pour tout l an 2002 :D)

en fait le nbr de 4in1 est proportionel au nbr de driver et de suport...
Via a 3 support, AMD Cyrix Intel ( donc tout suite en partant 3 fois plus de driver)
Via 4 IN 1... c 4 driver ds 1 .exe donc ke tu change 1,2,3 ou 4 driver sur 4 tu sort un nouvo 4in1

Sinon le pb n etait pas des deto puisque sur les autre chipset ca roulais.
Et pk VIA reparerais le pb des autres ???
Lis un peu les amelioration apporté par els patchs et tu en apprendrais bocoup
