J'ai une réponse du support Asrock :
Hello,
got feedback from our BIOS department:
No bug.
If users want to modify the CPU Vcore Voltage, it needs to change the CPU frequency at the same time.
And the frequency need to set high value instead of low frequency.
Otherwise, the CPU Voltage will not change
For example, 2700X base frequency is 3700.
If setting 3725, 3750….., and voltage set 1.2; the CPU voltage will be 1.2XX
If setting 3675, 3650….., and voltage set 1.2; the CPU voltage will be 1.4XX (no cahnge)
Later they give some additional informatione:
After checking and verifying again, this is limited from AMD.
In fact, our BIOS setting value needs to send to AMD SMU and then they will control the final output value.
Due to if we set CPU frequency and voltage at the same time, the voltage can be changed; so ASRock BIOS setting is no problem.
But if only set CPU voltage, SMU will consider as default setting so that no change voltage.
Besides, different CPU structures, the voltage will not the same.
Pinnacle CPU default voltage within 1.4XX is normal, there is no too high concern.
And, under OS CPU have power saving function, but under BIOS is running full loading so that get high voltage.
Pour Asrock 1.448V n'est pas dangereux pour le CPU
