J'aimerais avoir l'avis des professionnels, et personnes cotyant les salles de marché.  
J'ai une opportunité de rejoindre un Chief operating officer d'une banque d'invest, pr une durée d'un an.Pour rappel, wikipedia donne la définition  
 
" A Chief Operating Officer or Chief Operations Officer (COO) is a corporate officer responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the corporation. The COO is one of the highest ranking members of an organization, monitoring the daily operations of the company and reporting to the Board of Directors. The COO is usually an executive or senior vice president.
 
The chief operating officer is responsible for operations management (OM). The focus of the COO is on strategic, tactical, and short-term OM, which means he or she is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the firm's products/services. Managers need to understand the real work behind the company's core operations, and the buck stops with the COO, whose primary concern is operations improvement. The duties of the COO may reside in certain organizations with a Vice President of Operations."  
 
j'aimerais avoir vos avis, après une expérience de 12 mois en tant qu'assistant COO, comment revendre cette exp ? Vers quel métier se tourner ?  
(ps: j'ai une exp de 12 mois en tant qu'analyst credit avant).

Comme tu l'as vu,  le job de COO a son importance, mais n'est pas passionnant. Si le côté logistique, SI, secrétariat général t'intéresse, ok; si tu privilégies l'action et l'opérationnel (en fonction de ton projet à +LT), réfléchis à deux fois, sachant que les banquiers/opérateurs sdm dépendent en partie du COO pour leurs moyens mais sont plutôt acides face à ceux qui ne sont pas opérationnels comme eux, a fortiori si tu n'es là que pour un an et ne tires pas les ficelles.
