Thanks for your interest in our Xtreem Memory modules.
We had tested both memory on ASUS P5K and MSI P35 Neo motherboard.
It runs at full speed without any problem.
You just only need adjust VDIMM to our official SPEC(/1066MHZ 2.1-2.3V) As
to the CPU it would reach higher frequency if you use 333Mhz FSB
CPU(EX.E6550~6750) on this motherboard.
