Bonjour tous le monde et merci aux administrateurs de ce forum, j'apprend beaucoup de vous tous!  
on m'a confier un routeur C896VA-k9 acheté en Republic Tchèque il y a pas longtemps!
Arriver ici, au Gabon... il a été confié a une structure de Télécom de la place qui y a entrer une configuration, mais le data ne passe pas du tout! j'ai installé Putty et essayer de comparer avec plusieurs sur ce forum comme celui-ci: http://forum.hardware.fr/hfr/resea [...] 7966_1.htm ! Mais j'ai du mal à me retrouver ne maitrisant pas le sujet.

J'ai pas préciser que pour le moment le routeur va être raccordé à notre de petite entreprise, et qu'il y a aussi un switch WS -C2960x  
de 24 ports à connecter... est-il possible d'avoir un réseau Wifi avec ce routeur?

j'aurais besoin que ce routeur me permette de surfer depuis tous les 15 postes présents dans la structure de notre entreprise
et je mis connait pas bien pour savoir pourquoi la configuration de la structure de passe toujours pas après plus de 2 semaines :( !
on a du mal à travailler avec le petit d-link :sweat: :whistle:

faut aussi savoir ce qu'il y a en place, le plan d'adressage etc. :D c'est pas plug and play tout ça

Comme ordinateurs, il y a un pc fixe qui sert de serveur du réseau interne! 4 autres fixes et une dizaines de pc portables tous reliés par cables 4 imprimantes, et on aimerais avoir un wifi aussi! on acheter un switch WS-C2960x de 24 ports
Tous nos appareils sont en réseau interne pour le partage de fichiers

plan de dressage je ne sais pas trop! le plu urgent je me dit :jap: c'est de comprendre pourquoi internet arrive sur le routeur mais ne ressort pas par cable! tu peux jetter un coup d'oeuil à la config plus haut stp? :(

Bonjour et merci pour ta réponse! je vais regarder sur un forum, parce que c'est l'opérateur qui l'a configurer, je sais même pas pourquoi c'est écrit test! je te tiens informé, où si tu peux m'éclairer je suis assez débrouillarde :D  ;)

Je note plusieurs élements à verifier :

 description WAN  
 ip nat outside  
 ip virtual-reassembly in  
 pvc 1/40  
  oam-pvc 0  
  encapsulation aal5snap  
  pppoe-client dial-pool-number 1  
 
Le pvc est t'il le bon? Sachit t'il du bon protocole d'encapsulation ?( à confirmer avec votre opérateur)

Les champs en rouge doivent être completés par les login/mdp fourni par votre opérateur.
 
je vous invite aussi à modifier cette partie : ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 Dialer1
par l'ip de votre passerelle côté opérateur. J'ai pu rencontrer des bugs de crash avec l'interface dialer en passerelle.
 
 
Les voyants CD et PPP sont-ils allumés?
