Petit problème du jour: j'ai un contrôleur de domaine sous 2003 R2 Standard Edition SP2 et 2 serveurs de fichiers sous 2003 Storage edition R2 SP2 X64 (en fait c'est également des Standard Edition mais modifiés). Sur l'AD, j'ai configuré DFS (espace de noms+ Réplication) grâce à la console "Gestion du système de fichiers distribués". Ca marche très bien (la réplication se fait et l'espace de noms et visibles partout sur le domaine), sauf que lorsque je lance un rapport de santé de réplication DFS, j'ai l'erreur suivante pour mes deux serveurs de fichiers :
Impossible d'accéder aux compteurs de performances de la réplication DFS.  
  Dossiers répliqués affectés : Tous les dossiers répliqués sur ce serveur.  
  Description : Le service de réplication DFS ne peut pas accéder au compteur de performances sur NAS1-01. Les données de performances ne sont pas disponibles. ID d'erreur : 0x80070490.

Après "googlisation", j'ai trouvé ce KB chez MS:

J'ai fais une demande de correctif (version 64 bits, normal pour mes serveurs de fichiers), mais je ne peux pas installer ce correctif (erreur: la version de votre service pack est plus récente que la mise à jour que vous installez. Il n'est pas nécessaire d'installer ce correctif).
 
C'est assez gênant puisque je n'ai aucun indicateur de performance...
 
Quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème?

Mais ça ne marche toujours pas. Dans le doute, j'ai même rebooté encore une fois les deux serveurs de fichiers, sans succès.
J'ai également testé de démarrer le service WMI preformance Adaptater mais le problème persiste... Je désespère car en cas de conflit de réplication, je ne pourrais pas le diagnostiquer...

Malheureusement je n'ai toujours rien trouvé de constructif pour résoudre mon problème. Sur le support de Microsoft, on peut faire une demande de support mais ça coute 250 $ la question... Quelqu'un sait où je pourrai expliquer mon cas?

Donc sur mes 3 machines (l'AD et les 2 NAS) j'ai lancé les commandes suivantes:
wmic path Win32_PerfFormattedData_Dfsr_DFSReplicatedFolders
 
If you get an error:
ERROR:
Code = 0x80041010
Description = Invalid class
Facility = WMI
 
Stop DFSR service:
net stop dfsr
 
then run the following command to refresh the performance counter classes:
wmiadap /f
 
Start DFSR service:
net start dfsr
 
Run the above command again to confirm that the class is registered:
wmic path Win32_PerfFormattedData_Dfsr_DFSReplicatedFolders
 
Mais toujours le même problème. Je continue de chercher. Je tente un ré enregistrement des composants WMI.

Misère ! J'ai tenté de suivre la procédure décrite ici :

afin de réparer et réenregistrer les composants WMI sur mon NAS1 et vu que je n'ai pas les CD de l'OS, j'ai du chercher un par un les fichiers pour la réinstallation. Du coup sur le NAS1, j'ai l'erreur suivante lors de la générationdu rapport de diagnostique DFS:
Impossible d'accéder au référentiel WMI local
En raison de l'erreur suivante, le mécanisme de création de rapports de la réplication DFS ne peut pas accéder à l'espace de noms WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) pour récupérer certaines informations de rapport. ID d'erreur : 0x80041010.  
De plus, si je lance le Testeur WMI de windows (wbemtest) et que j'énumére les classes de l'espace de noms root\cimv2 correspondant à Win32_Perf, j'obtiens encore l'erreur 0x80041010 (Classe non valide).

J'ai récupéré les CD de l'OS (Win Storage 64 bits) et j'ai réinstallé convenablement les composants WMI. J'ai cassé la réplication DFSR ainsi que le namespace de mon DFS. J'ai ensuite reconfiguré mon DFS (namespace et réplication) et j'attends que la réplication initiale se fasse pour voir si j'ai encore des erreurs.
Sinon dans le même temps, j'ai testé un logiciel de test des composants WMI chez Microsoft:

Pour info, l'utilitaire de MS WMIDIAG.vbs ne marche qu'avec les versions anglaises de Windows. En effet, si on l'exécute sur une version FR, les groupes et utilisateurs ne correspondent pas (Exemples: il faut modifier dans le fichier vbs, NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM par SYSTEM et Authenticated Users par Utilisateurs authentifiés... ainsi de suite).

J'ai fais les modifications sur NAS1-22 mais toujours rien...

Pour tester, j'ai ajouté à l'espace de noms DFS un 3éme membre. Ce membre est un windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2 R2 32 Bits Français (accessoirement, il est aussi mon contrôleur de domaine). Et maintenant, si je lance le diagnostic de réplication DFS, je n'ai aucune erreur pour ce serveur. J'ai accès au statistiques de réplication. Je pense sincèrement que le problème vient de Windows Storage 2003 SP2 R2 64 bits (avec le MUI Français).

Tjs la même chose en ligne de commande:
dfsradmin Health New /RgName:mondomaine.local\Docs\DOcs /RefMemName:NAS1-22 /RepName:C:\DFSREPORTS\DFS.html /fsCount:True
Il me génère bien le rapport de santé de réplication mais toujours la même erreur.  
Pour info, et si ce thread intéresse du monde, j'ai fais une demande de support chez Microsoft (à 300€ le morceau .. ;-( ). J'attends un appel d'un ingénieur MS...

Je pense avoir trouvé d'où vient le problème:
Sur les 2 NAS, si je lance perfmon.exe et que je souhaite ajouter des compteurs, je n'ai pas les Objets de performance relatif à DFS:
"Connexion de réplication DFS", "Dossier de réplication DFS" et "Volume du service de réplication DFS". Alors que sur mon contrôleur de domaine (le 3éme membre de mon namespace), je les ai bien.
Quelqu'un sait pourquoi?
Est-il possible d'ajouter des Objets de performances sur des serveurs?

Bon et bien après 3 semaines de galère, le problème est résolue:
Sur les 2 NAS, j'ai récupérer la DLL dfsrhelper.dll de l'update KB912850 (celle qui se trouve dans le dossier QFE), j'ai remplacé l'ancienne dans Windows\system32 puis j'ai fais un regsvr32 dfsrhelper.dll. Ensuite j'ai fais les manip suivantes:
rundll32 wbemupgd, RepairWMISetup
J'ai corrigé toutes les erreurs de sécurité WMI que l'utilitaire WMIDiag.vbs avait trouvé.
Ensuite:
net stop dfsr
wmiadap /f
net start dfsr
Puis j'ai cassé les namespaces et la réplication entre les 2 NAS et j'ai désinstallé/ réinstaller les services DFS.
 
Et depuis plus de problème: j'ai bien tous mes compteurs de performance et la réplication marche très bien.
 
Franchement, je ne comprends pas d'où est venu le problème. Sachant que les 2 NAS sont tout neuf et que presque rien d'autre n'est installé dessus.

Merci akizan, c'est vrai que je me suis senti un peu seul sur ce coup. Même le forum technet est resté sans réponse. J'ai fais appel à Microsoft (pour 299 €!!   ) mais leur aide n'a été que partielle. J'ai aussi fait appel au support de DELL et ils m'ont bien aidé.
En fait je me suis servi du forum comme d'un carnet de résolution car j'ai testé tellement de trucs qu'il fallait mieux tout noter .
J'espère que mon expérience pourra servir à d'autres ^^
