1. Context of the mission
We are actively searching an IT-Applications Officer Specialist to support the GoldenSource (GMK
referential) application related to the Business
 
2. Language requirement
Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills, French and/or Dutch speaking is as plus
 
3. Required knowledge and experience
 Business experience required
. Mandatory :  
At least 5 years of professional experience in second line applications support, Responsible for the availability and the performance of the applications in line with the
agreed SLA
. Preferable :  
Used to work in an ITIL based support organization with multiple 2nd and 3rd level support teams dedicated to specifics platforms and dedicated software systems
- Technical experience required
. Mandatory :  
Strong technical background in UNIX.
Good knowledge of Control-M environment. Good knowledge of IT environments. Work with a team of high qualify IT experts
. Preferable :  
Experience of software package and technology used in the dealing room is as a plus. Experience in monitoring systems (Tivoli) is as a plus
 
Period mission
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Location : Brussels.
