Alternativement on peut utiliser "to send a reminder".

Hi guys.
I am currently doing some research by reading the US press because I am trying to understand what the alt-left is. Or could be. Apparently some papers deniesy the existence of an alt-left thing.
Others give definitions and I wanted to report here a sentence of Vanity Fair which I barely understand:

Citation :

The alt-left can’t match that for strength, malignancy, or tentacled reach, but its dude-bros and “purity progressives” exert a powerful reality-distortion field online and foster factionalism on the lib-left

What the hell is/are "dude-bros" ?

Well actually I found the answer myself in the Urban Dictionnary.

So I do not understand the sentence at all. How extreme left people could be homophobic macho hipsters ? Extreme left has never been this to me.

Lequel croire ? [:jean-guitou]
