Hi there!

I need a quick tip. I'm translating a text into French and I'm stuck on this (very last ) sentence:

Can you think of a way to translate this into French? I don't even understand the concept and couldn't find an explanation on the web. It's commonly used but what's the meaning of it?

Apparently it can be translated by "approche en silo" or "approche par silo".

Well, I'll put this but I'm still confused about its meaning.

That could mean "Too often this silo would approach..." but the context is suggesting something else

"siloed approach", je traduirais ça par: approche compartimentée

J'ai une très bonne compréhension orale et "textuelle " en anglais mais niveau écriture et parler je suis une vraie buse .
 
Sauf pour parler je ne le pratique jamais donc bon

Like Skeye said you should start by talking to us in english. You won't get any better if you don't practice.
Maybe you could try to find a place where you could speak english with native speakers ?  
It could be in english pubs, video games, forums... whatever.

J'ai des potes qui emploient ce mot là quand ils sont défoncés, mais là j'ai du mal à voir le rapport...
Je pense qu'il n'y a pas vraiment de jeu de mot, c'est juste pour montrer le pouvoir du choix des mots dans la publicité...

roger21 a raison, le "i get it" n'est pas par rapport à un jeu de mot, mais par rapport à la logique de manipulation. Extrait que j'ai placé dans mes favoris d'ailleurs, parce que révélateur de la façon de penser de tous les services marketing du monde, quels que soient leurs arguments.
 
ici, on dépasse la mauvaise odeur, et les désagréments connus à l'époque en vantant le goût particulier et différent. Image, manipulation, finalement c'est la même chose.

A is not grammatically correct - it would have to be "We have not been able to...", but B/ is still better anyway.

Voire un "Data couldn't be acquired for (ou within) the first 8 days following the request" qui rejette la faute sur les datas elles mêmes et non sur le "We"

And everybody loves French accent anyway

In Paris you can go to the Snax Bar, for example, where there are some polyglot nights. You'll find people of different nationalities, thus it can be easier and done with less complex.
 
My boyfriend has the double nationality french/english, and as he understands and surely knows quite well how to express himself in english, prefers to read his books in english... his accent still really is worse than mine. (I use to make fun of him, saying that he knows badly how to express himself in english AND in french. I'm so mean ^^)
 
But even if I have a good understanding, when surrounded by native speakers I do as if I had not understood a single word.  
Last time when I was at a wedding, my step mother was saying to the english part of the family "you have to go slower, it's hard for her to understand", for she was so sure that when she speaks in english only with her son while I'm there I can't catch anything she says... So when I began to speak and answer some questions (not with such self-confidence, I have to admit), she made quite a funny head, it was really priceless !  
But anyway, I think that with the lack of practice, one can't help but find it difficult to express himself without feeling quite ridiculous. When you are able to go further than that feeling, you see that in front of you people enjoy your effort and that you can manage to communicate ; at this point your accent becomes less caricatural (I don't know why, but at first it's like I can't help but speak with a big bad french accent despite the fact I know how to pronounce correctly   ).

Same here! Especially when my french buddies ask me to say stg nasty in English, I can't really say it properly, I mean, as I will when I was living abroad surrounded by native speakers. I feel ridiculous
